Curtis Stubinger – Executive Chef / Event Consultant

Curtis Stubinger grew up in the catering and cake decorating business, and he can’t remember a time he wasn’t helping in the kitchen with baking or food preparation of some sort. After graduating from high school, Curtis worked in the family business, Donita’s Cakes and Catering, before going on to further his education. He attended Le Cordon Bleu in Orlando, Florida, where he graduated summa cum laude in 2003. Curtis medaled at the American Culinary Federation’s (ACF) Florida Culinary Competition; he has worked for Emeril Legassi at Emeril’s Chop Shop and PF Chang at PF Chang’s Restaurant.


Misty Schroeder – Event Coordinator & Consultant / Cake & TableScape Designer

Growing up in her family’s catering and cake decorating business, Donita’s Cakes & Catering, Misty started making and decorating cakes when she was only eight years old, taking 4-H classes, and learning the wedding business from the ground up. Over the years Misty has attended many Wilton Cake Decorating Classes, learning new decorating techniques and trends. Misty absolutely loves helping families create that once-in-a-lifetime dream wedding, and over the years she’s seen just about every wedding motif you could possibly imagine. Abby Kautsch – Event Coordinator & Consultant / Floral Arrangement Designer

Abby attends the University of Missouri-Columbia, working toward a BS in Hospitality Management, with an emphasis in Conference and Events. In addition to her work as a floral designer at Tiger Garden in Columbia, Missouri, Abby has served as a Banquet Captain at Donita’s Cakes & Catering where she wasresponsible for planning, setup, decoration, and implementation. She is now bringing her talents to now Reinhardt Circle.


Angie Stubinger – Business Manager

A graduate of Helias High School, Angie Stubinger attended the University of Missouri pursuing a degree in engineering. After working for several years in the field of excavation, operating heavy machinery, developing bids, and keeping books, she changed careers for health reasons. and joined her husband’s family’s business. working as a bookkeeper at Donita’s. Today, she’s transitioning the business to Reinhardt Circle and is excited to see the business grow from one generation to the next.
